What should be paid attention to in the inspection of hot press

The hot press needs to operate according to the standard during use, so as to ensure the use of hot press and the safety of personnel. Patrol inspection is a very important matter of safety standards, and matters needing attention are as follows:

1. Check the heating, lubrication and transmission conditions of each motor, reducer and bearing every 4 hours, and check whether the operation of travel switch and pneumatic components is normal.

2. Pay attention to check whether the accumulator charging is normal or not.

3. Pay attention to whether there is jamming phenomenon between the pressing plate and the beam and the structure when the press rises. If there is any, the fault should be eliminated in time. Pay attention to whether the pull rod works normally and whether there is possibility of loosening and falling. Lubricating oil should be added to the friction surface of the wear-resistant plate of the lower crossbeam once per shift.

4. Slabs, pallets and rough plates shall not stay in the press for too long to prevent fire. In case of power failure, the lowering valve of the press shall be pushed manually to lower the press and push out the rough board.

5. Each slab into the machine to check whether there is damage to the tray, one abnormal pay attention to the emergency stop button.

6. Pay attention to check whether the operation of the trolley pushing slab into the loading machine is normal.

7. Check whether there is jamming in the installed pushing slab into the press and whether all the rough boards are pushed out of the press. If not, the press should be pulled out manually to check whether the baffle is in place.

8. Check the hot oil pump for abnormal noise and leakage.

9. Check whether the operation of the front and rear baffles of the press is abnormal.

10. Check whether there is leakage in oil pipe of press and loading and unloading machine.

11. Pay attention to clean up the dust on the surface of heat transfer oil pipe and press structure. Hot work is not allowed within the press.

12. Pay attention to the press plate to prevent foreign matters from entering.

13. Check whether there is looseness and falling of the board gauge at any time, and if so, deal with it in time.
