It may be due to poor straightness of knife, poor runout of roller, excessive pressure, serious internal and external surfaces of wood, or too fine and bent wood. For this, it is necessary to re sharpen the tool and check the straightness of the blade. If the roller is runout, you can check whether the bearing is damaged or the radial clearance is too large, and check whether the shaft head of the roller is deformed due to the wood bending or too large extrusion force of the flat circle, thus affecting the flatness of the sheet. If the roller is runout, it is necessary to replace the new flower roller in time or conduct self correction.

If the height of the knife is too low or the gap is too small, the pressure of single roller and double roller and knife on the wood is too large, which can also cause irregular deformation of the wood and directly affect the flatness of the sheet.
