Notes on operation of round finder

Linyi Shutian Machinery Co., Ltd. explains to the customers the matters needing attention of the round finding machine.

1. Before operating the rounding machine, check whether all parts of the equipment and the electrical switch, hydraulic system and numerical control system are in good condition, and start the empty car test.

2. The round finding machine must be operated by special personnel. When many people operate, they need to cooperate with each other, and their thinking should be concentrated.

3. According to the processing requirements of the workpiece, carefully prepare the NC machining program.

4. When the sheet material enters the roller, pay attention to the occurrence of crushing and cutting. Strictly prevent hands or clothes from being twisted into the roller, and no one is allowed to stand on the workpiece.

5. After the plate is set and the machine tool is started, it is forbidden to stand in the direction of feeding and discharging.

6. Stop the machine when adjusting the roller and plate.

7. When the crane is used to cooperate with the rolling plate work, there should be a special person to command, and the fixture selection should be appropriate; it should cooperate with the lathe operator and the hooker, and strictly abide by the lifting worker's operation rules during hoisting; when the plate rolling machine is in operation, the crane is not allowed to change the stress condition of the lifting object.

8. When taking out the rolled sheet, it is necessary to stop and take measures to prevent the sheet from falling.

9. The finished cylinder should be placed in order and placed stably to prevent rolling injury.
