Hot pressing is one of the main methods of modern plywood production. Hot press is the main machine for pressing plywood blank. It mainly relies on oil to transfer pressure to complete plywood pressing. In the process of gluing, the performance requirements of hydraulic system are as follows.

1. The hot press can be closed quickly to prevent the adhesive layer from solidifying before being pressed, which will affect the bonding quality. Therefore, the hydraulic system is required to provide a large amount of low-pressure oil in a short time.

2. Fast pressurization and pressure maintaining. After the hot pressing plate is closed, it is required to deliver a certain amount of the most high-pressure oil to pressurize the laminated slab, and seal it well, so that the slab can be pressed stably.
