When operating the non card rotary cutting machine, it is necessary to pay attention to its own safety at all times, study the operation knowledge carefully, and ensure that the operation process is correct. During the operation, the working environment shall be checked, the ground shall be flat and clean, the timber shall be stacked neatly, and shall not be placed on the pedestrian passage. The lighting level of the workplace shall meet the design requirements. Check whether the cutting tool is sharp, whether there is notch or crack, and whether the saw blade has dust adhesion. If any problem is found, handle it in time.

In their workplace, they should wear work clothes, hair protection caps, safety shoes and necessary labor protection articles, such as dust masks, goggles and ear protectors. When installing the tool, insert it into the spindle slowly, first turn the nut by hand, and then tighten it with a wrench. Inject proper oil into the bearing, gear, chain and other rotating mechanisms of each sliding part and handle, and check whether the nuts and screws are loose.

Check whether the safety device is abnormal and whether the brake can be braked within 10s. After operation, cut off the power supply and check the main unit. Check whether the shaft bearing and switch are heated. If it is found that the switch is heated, it may be poor contact or loose wiring. Report to relevant personnel and take measures as soon as possible. Clean the mechanical equipment with air cylinder or broom, clean the site, and check whether the screws and nuts are loose or fall off.
